Angrezi medium, a spin-off of Irrfan Khan's 2017 comedy Hindi mediumis an emotional story of the relationship between a single father and his daughter. Irrfan Khan was cast as Champak from Udaipur Mithai Wala, who is very attached to his teenage daughter Tarika, played by Radhika Madan. Champak equates Tarika's dreams of studying abroad with a move to Jaipur. But Tarika, who has the edge at her school in Udaipur, is stubborn and convinces her father to arrange fees for her admission to Truford University in London.
The trailer begins with Champak's attempt to deliver a speech in English at Tarika's school. Then the trailer introduces Deepak Dobriyal alias Dheeraj as Champak's enemy – the two argue about the authenticity of Champak's candy store. But then it is Dheeraj who accompanies Champak to London to fulfill Tarika's dreams. One of her first encounters in London is Kareena Kapoor, who plays a tough policewoman named Naina.
In the second half of the Angrezi medium Trailer changes to a serious mood. It seems that Champak didn't arrange Tarika's tuition when she accused her father of ruining her dreams.
