Single Bit Double Y Linear Platform PLC Control Screw Locking Machine

The machine has one screwdriver bit and 2 Y product hold platform. It has the screw automatic feeding system, X-Y-Z motion platform, control system and locking screw system. The working efficiency is much higher than traditional manual work thus it is widely used in digital, electronics, small household appliances, power switches, lamps, LEDs, toys and other products with features of high efficiency, strong versatility and flexibility.

Machine composition and design description: 1. Structure composition: It is mainly composed by screw automatic feeding system, X-Y-Z mobile platform, screw locking mechanism and electrical control system. 2. Easy to replace the product: change the jig directly if user replaces another product for screwlocking, only need to use the corresponding program after replacement. 3. The time for locking one screw is about 1.2s. (different screws will be different speed for locking, send this to us, we will make an evaluation for you). 4. The lock screw tolerance is acceptable when the provided samples are with  ± 0.2mm tolerance. : 5. The real lock-up product (work piece) is according to the product samples provided by the customer. 6. Fixture: According to product design, accurate positioning and simple and convenient replacement are required. 7. The product won't be damaged during the use of the equipment (such as product deformation, scratches, appearance damage, etc.). 8. Reliability and stability: Under the premise of qualified product quality, the equipment can work continuously and steadily every day, with a low failure rate and adapt to the needs of massive production.

Screw automatic feeding and transporting system
Self-developed atuomatic feeding system, using air-blowing type feeding method to give screws. The system uses turbo feeding, automatic sorting and arranging scrws in a line, screening and sorting special-shaped screws, automatic replenishing screws.
Due to different diameters of the nuts and diameters of the screws, the screw feeders should be customized. The screw tolerance must not less than ± 0.2mm.
Control and locking system
The main machine adopts omron PLC control, the manual interface is from Taiwan Weinview. PLC can control the programming which can be directly found in the man-machine interface. The PLC can store the coordinate value of 40 workpiece (product-to-be screwlocking). Each workpiece has less
than 50 points).
Check process: screw sliding tooth inspection, screw leakage lock inspection, failure locking (alarm notice).

Linear XYZ axis motion guide 
We use Taiwan HIWIN guide rail and lead rail (precision ± 0.02mm), Y-axis double-position movement is driven by closed-loop feeding
motor, the motion module is linear guide rail lead rail module. Y-axis will be customized with one or two or multiple jigs, according to what you need.
