My main motivation to get fit was my health and the future of my children.

How did you change your eating habits?
I stuck to a structured meal plan of 1500 calories and a training plan. I also maintained a calorie deficit.
What foods did you leave or start eating?
I started eating more vegetables and foods high in fiber.

I made a lot of cadio with weights. I also used the T25 program.

Take your time and don't be discouraged. All body types are different and all progress is a step in the right direction.
