Transformation of the day: Daisha lost 90 pounds. He learned the value of self-discipline and consistency while taking steps to release weight and get fit. Working in the gym and reducing the amount of food I was eating produced these impressive results.
When did you start your trip? How long did your transformation take?
I started my trip in January 2018. In five months, I lost 50 pounds. I have been training my body for about three years.
What was your initial weight? what is your current weight?
When I started my trip, I weighed 250 pounds. Now I weigh 160 pounds.
How tall are you?
I have 5’6 ″.
What was your motivation?
I decided to make this drastic change due to my insecurities and not feeling worthy.
Tell us about your exercise routine. How often did you train?
I trained 5-6 times a week. I got a membership in a gym and was hard during my workouts. I made sure I was leaking sweat when I left the gym. Also, I was lifting weights while doing cardio, so that defined my shape more.
How did you change your eating habits?
I didn't do a diet or anything like that. I simply reduced the things I ate a lot and made sure to drink a lot of water. Apple cider vinegar helped me along the way. I drink it in the morning and at night (2 tablespoons).
What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?
The biggest lesson I learned is self-discipline.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Write your "why" and never lose sight of it. The results do not arrive overnight, so staying constant is essential. You can achieve this. Believe in yourself ️
Making this change is honestly the best decision I've made. I feel very confident in myself. In fact, I can say that I love myself now. God is good.
