What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?
I learned that what you eat is the most important factor in losing weight. I also learned that drinking a lot of water is part of a healthy diet. Sometimes people confuse thirst with hunger. You can end up consuming extra calories when a glass of water is really what you need.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
My advice would be to remain consistent and never give up. Keep pressing and always stay positive. Start where you are, use what you have and do what you can.
