Gladys lost 68 pounds. Deciding it was time to focus on her health, she made some significant changes to her eating habits and worked five times a week. Seeing the number on the drop-down scale kept her motivated to keep moving forward.

What was your motivation? What inspired you to follow when you wanted to give up?
What motivated me to lose weight was my health first. Growing up, he had health problems, including chest pain, lasting headaches, and difficulty breathing.

What inspired me to follow when I wanted to give up?
When I got on the scale, and the numbers went down. It is good to know that you are not working in vain.

How did you change your eating habits?
I gradually changed my eating habits. I got out rice and cauliflower. I got bread too. Later, I also practiced fasting. I would fast for 16-20 hours every day.

What did your exercise routine consist of? How often did you train?
I trained five times a day. At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I would walk through my neighborhood for an hour. So, I started running. Occasionally he went to the gym.

What was your initial weight? what is your current weight
My starting weight was 234 pounds. My current weight is 166 pounds.

I am 5’6 ″.

When did you start your journey? How long did your transformation take?
I started my journey in September 2019. It took me six months to reach my goal.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned?
The biggest lesson I learned is that my health is essential. If I don’t deal with it, I can put myself at risk. Think about it and there is nothing you cannot do.

What advice do you have for people who want to lose weight?
Put your mind to it! You can do it! Health is wealth.

No, I did not do it.
