What motivated me to lose weight was my health first. Growing up, he had health problems, including chest pain, lasting headaches, and difficulty breathing.

When I got on the scale, and the numbers went down. It is good to know that you are not working in vain.
How did you change your eating habits?
I gradually changed my eating habits. I got out rice and cauliflower. I got bread too. Later, I also practiced fasting. I would fast for 16-20 hours every day.
What did your exercise routine consist of? How often did you train?
I trained five times a day. At the beginning of my weight loss journey, I would walk through my neighborhood for an hour. So, I started running. Occasionally he went to the gym.

What is the greatest lesson you have learned?
The biggest lesson I learned is that my health is essential. If I don’t deal with it, I can put myself at risk. Think about it and there is nothing you cannot do.
