New Delhi: MLA Narayan Dutt Sharma, who recently quit the AAP, will vote in his constituency in Badarpur on February 8 with a BSP ticket in Delhi.

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) announced its first list of 42 candidates. The party has decided to extend its nomination to all 70 seats in Delhi. Another list is expected on Sunday.

This time, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) denied the Sharma ticket and placed Ram Singh Netaji, a congress leader and former MLA, on the plan who had recently joined the party. Ram Singh Netaji won the parliamentary elections in Badarpur in 2008 with a BSP ticket. The BSP won two seats in the 2008 elections.

Of the 42 candidates who were deployed by the BSP on Saturday, eight belong to the Scheduled Castes.
