Transformation of the day: Nicole lost 43 pounds. After leaving a bad relationship, he resumed his transformation journey with calorie counting, intermittent fasting, weightlifting and cardio.
What was your motivation?
I had numerous attempts to try to lose weight. In a moment, I lost 40 pounds in 3 months. Then, I got into a bad relationship and recovered it. After leaving that relationship, I was happier and began to lose weight again.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started counting calories. I practice intermittent fasting with few calories. Like something similar, but I reduced. Now I am eating more vegetables and I only drink water and tea.
How often do you exercise?
I train 4-6 days a week. I do weightlifting and cardio.
What was your initial weight? what is your current weight?
Initial weight: 265 pounds
Current weight: 222 pounds
Lowest weight: 216 pounds
In fact, I lost a total of 49 pounds (so close to 50 pounds), but I'm not even close to my target weight. I am proud of myself and I am getting stronger every day.

When did you start your trip? How long did your transformation take?
I started around March 2019. Sometimes, it wasn't as consistent, but from my greatest weight so far, the term is about two years.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned?
I learned not to give up and try to stay constant.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
I promise you that when you start losing weight, you will love the results and compliments.
