When did you start your trip?
I decided in June 2019 that it was time to make a change. I weighed about 200 pounds (Well, I exceeded that number), and with diet and exercise, I lost 38 pounds. I feel so much better today. My journey is not over, and I am happy to have made the decision to lose weight. 38 pounds and counting!
What was your motivation?
I always knew that I needed to lose weight, but I didn't get serious until I started to feel breathless as I climbed the stairs. In addition, I began to experience spontaneous chest pains.
How did you change your eating habits?
I started fasting intermittently, I didn't eat until 12:00 p.m. I also stopped eating carbohydrates, starches and sweets. I did not use a specific plan, but I chose to eliminate those foods even though I enjoyed eating them often in the past.

I do cardio and strength training three days a week.

My initial weight was 196 pounds, and today I weigh 158 pounds.
