My virtual accountability tribe was always / is there, introducing itself and encouraging me
How did you change your eating habits?
I started preparing the food and using portion control.
What foods did you leave or start eating?
I stopped eating fast food and fried food. I started eating more vegetables!
What was your exercise routine?
I used Beachbody exercises and nutrition guides to get results. I followed structured exercise routines at home, exercising at least five days a week.
What was your initial weight? what is your current weight?
My initial weight was 281 pounds and my current weight is 253 pounds. I lost a total of 28 pounds and 18 inches.

What is the biggest lesson you have learned so far?
You cannot overcome a bad diet.
What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight?
Start your training as soon as possible, before the challenges of the day hit you.
