Soundarya Rajinikanth, who made a covenant with Vishagan Vanangamudi in February last year, celebrated her first pongal after the wedding.

Soundarya Rajinikanth celebrated her first Thala Pongal with husband Vishagan Vanangamudi in his residence. Soundarya had killed Vanangamudi in February of last year. The wedding was undoubtedly lavish and extravagant and had who's who of Kollywood and politicians present.

Soundarya shared the picture of the festival celebrations on the microblogging website Twitter and wrote: "I wish you all a very happy Pongal with my adorable husband and absolutely amazing parents-in-law Vanaga Appa and Usha Amma … Pic with Thalaivar soon #HappyPongal. "

The photo shows that Soundarya is wearing a yellow and pink saree with a beautiful necklace and earrings, while her husband is wearing a light purple shirt and a mundu. They seem to be performing a ritual associated with the festival.

The tweet, which was retweeted around a thousand times and was liked by around ten thousand Twitter users, caused fans to respond to the festival's greetings.

In another tweet, as promised, Soundarya shared a picture with the Thalaivar and her mother. The photo appears to have been clicked into Rajinikanth's beautifully decorated residence.

On this occasion, the superstar wore a white shirt with Veshti, while his wife wears a yellowish, mustard-colored saree.

The tweet, which contains more than a thousand retweets and more than eight thousand likes, is titled "#HappyPongal #BlessedAndGrateful".
