Saundra lost 56 pounds. She lost weight in 2018, but finally got off the track and regained some of the weight after life's challenges took its toll, including a back injury. With the help of her weight loss coach, she again committed herself to the healthy habits that helped her release the weight earlier.
We all have a story or a trip to share. I shared my story with BWLW before. Well, I went out of the way on my trip and regained some weight. We moved, I couldn't go to the gym as consistently as before, and I started a new job. I also injured my back and couldn't exercise as I really wanted. One day, I could no longer put on my clothes and my face was plump again. However, I got up and started again.
I contacted Terry Starks once again, and he helped me get back to normal. Without hesitation, I returned to the trip! That is what it is … a lifestyle trip. I explained my situation to him. He listened and redirected me.
I started preparing the food again and worked to eliminate the sugar. Then, I saw that my energy and concentration improved. I focused a lot on protein and lower fat consumption. In addition, I observed the hidden sugars in food because they accumulate.
Gradually I started the exercises once I completed physiotherapy for the back, but the therapy also helped me relax in the exercise. I did a lot of stretching. I was so sore and felt it all over my body. However, I exercised every day, morning and night. I didn't do anything too strenuous.
I lost 56 pounds and reduced my body fat percentage in 12 weeks. I am very grateful to be able to feel better and look better. The best part is the strength I have. To summarize, I want every beautiful woman to know that, regardless of circumstances or setbacks, you can always start over and get out stronger than before.
Right now, I am close to my initial weight, but the only difference now is muscle tone and the definition I have. I am thinner and stronger. When I lost weight before, I was small and short.
I am very grateful to be able to feel better and look better. Overall, last year has been an experience. I am very grateful for you, for all the beautiful women on the BWLW platform and for Terry Starks, The Phenomenal Diet Doctor. He really understands.
My weight goes up and down, but one thing is for sure; If it is decided, it is consistent and has a great support system, it can overcome any obstacle.
I want every beautiful woman to know that, regardless of circumstances or setbacks, you can always start over and get out stronger than before. Just keep it simple. Take it one day at a time!
